Kyrie Irving tells his truth after the vaccine controversy!

As previously reported, the NBA recently announced that non-playing players will not be paid for missed games. This controversial rule has directly affected players like the Brooklyn Nets star Kyrie Irving, who previously declined to disclose whether he received the COVID-19 vaccine. When asked about his vaccination status last month, the 29 -year -old athlete replied:

“Honestly, I want to keep that private. I want to keep that private and handle it the right way with my team and move forward with a plan.”

Last Tuesday (October 12th), Sean Marks–The general manager of the Brooklyn Nets-issued a statement about it and revealed that Kyrie Irving Not allowed to play for the Nets until he is vaccinated for the coronavirus. He states:

“He has a choice to make, and he makes the choice. My job here is to make what we consider the best option for the organization to grow as a whole. They are not always met with open arms and clasped hands. These are difficult decisions. ”

Remarkably, the general manager added:

“If he’s vaccinated, we won’t talk about it.”

Mark then states:

“Kyrie made it clear that she has a choice about this matter and it will ultimately be up to her what she decides. We respect the fact that she has a choice and she can make her own choice. Now, what is best for the organization that’s what we went through. ”

Now, Kyrie Irving talking about it and in the face of controversy! During an Instagram Live yesterday (Wednesday, October 13th), he clearly responded that he was banned from playing for the Nets until he was vaccinated. About the matter, Kyrie said:

“It’s not always about the money – it’s about choosing what’s best for you. Do you think I really want to lose money? Do you think I want to give up my dream of going after a championship? Do you think I just want to quit my job?… Do you think I want to quit my livelihood because of the mandate, because I don’t have a place to live because I don’t care.C’mon-I won’t be used as a “People on this agenda. I’m not talking about that, I’m just saying that it shouldn’t be shared by all of us. It just needs to be understood and respected.”

He added:

“It’s not about the Nets, it’s not about the organization, it’s not about the NBA, it’s not about politics, it’s not about anything.”

Afterwards, Kyrie also closed the speculation that he had retired from the NBA on the matter:

“Don’t believe I’m going to retire. Don’t believe I’m going to leave this game for a vaccine mandate or go on without action – don’t believe any of the s ** t, man. ”

He also identified “real-world” people who lost their jobs because of vaccine orders, saying he respected them for continuing on their own. Kyrie Irving also suggested that, before the preseason began, he was said to have “promised” not to be involved in getting the COVID-19 vaccine:

“What do you do if you feel uncomfortable going at a time when you are promised an exemption or that you are not forced to get the vaccine? This is not an issue before the season starts. It’s not something I know will come where I prepare it and have time to plan what will be best for me and my family. I came at a time when I thought I could just play ball. ”
