Ex on the Beach star Chris Pearson died at age 25 after he was murdered in Los Angeles, California.
Pearson, who appeared in season 1 of the popular dating series, died over the weekend, law enforcement said. TMZ on Monday, Oct. 11. Police are investigating what happened and have found some leads so far, giving them reason to believe it is a “solvable case.”
A fight involving Pearson reportedly started in the San Fernando Valley area around 2 a.m. on Sunday, Oct. 10, and intensified. Pearson was reportedly stabbed by the other party and taken to a nearby hospital to be treated for his injuries, but died about 3:30 a.m. that morning, according to the outlet.
Pearson’s friends, who also went on “Creature Ferris,” have already launched a GoFundMe campaign to raise money for his family to pay for his funeral expenses.
“Wait, Chris died early Sunday morning unexpectedly after a horrific encounter,” the description reads. “Chris is a man he loves with all his heart. He has a lot of love and energy to give to every person he passes. He won’t leave the room until he makes sure every single man is happy. Chris is the more determined man. ”
“His smile lit up the whole scene,” the description continues. “The only other thing Chris loves more about his music is his family and friends. Chris just wants to be away from life to help his family and make them proud. Chris was taken away from us long ago, as soon as possible. No one is ready for this, there is still much he plans to do.We ask that you please donate or share it to help his mother and family pay for the funeral.There is no donation that is small, every percentage counts . ”
Rosario Cervantes, an LAPD spokesman, confirmed to officers responding at 2:09 a.m. on Oct. 10 to a burglary incident in the 22100 block of Erwin Street in the San Fernando Valley area. “A male victim [in his 20s] involved in a verbal argument with a suspect, ”Cervantes explains To the Touch in a statement. “During the fight, the suspect made a weapon and stabbed the victim. The victim [was] was taken to a local hospital where he died after his injuries. The suspect fled the location. ”
An MTV spokesman said To the Touch, “We are deeply saddened to hear about the loss of Chris Pearson. We are thrilled with his family and friends at this difficult time.”
Pearson’s appearance on the MTV show Ex on the Beach returned in 2018. His bio states that he is an “international house DJ” and “a male woman” with a big heart, adding, “Despite his apparent kindness, Chris has no hope of romantically in love more than once., and his heart was broken as a result. “
Since then, he has worked as a DJ and producer. Pearson also owns his own sport and fashion brand called GoociFlooci.
After hearing news about his timeless and horrible journey, in the past Ex on the Beach star and season 1 alum Taylor Selfridge, shared his regret by commenting on his latest Instagram post: “It’s sad.”
